Order & ship

Order

All ISANOA items are exclusively available at isanoa.com. You place an order by adding the desired items in the desired size to your shopping cart and then clicking checkout. You can pay with iDEAL, KLARNA, Apple Pay, Sofort & credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email & once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order.

Shipping

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day. If you order after 4:00 PM, your order will be shipped the next business day.

It is not possible to pick up orders on location.

If your order is delivered to a parcel point and not picked up, the purchase amount minus €5 (return costs) will be credited once the package is returned to us. This covers the costs we incur.

Within the Netherlands and Belgium, we ship with PostNL & DHL; packages usually arrive the day after shipping! During busy periods, delays may occur, which are beyond our control.
