Ordering & Shipping

Ordering

All items from ISANOA are available exclusively at isanoaintimates.co.uk. You place an order by adding the desired items in the desired size to your shopping cart and then click checkout. You can pay with iDEAL, Klarna, Apple pay, Sofort & credit card (Visa, mastercard, Amex). 

After placing the order you will receive a confirmation in the mail & as soon as your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email containing the track & trace of your order.

Shipping 

Monday through Friday ordered before 16:00 = same day shipping. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next business day. 

All lingerie is shipped in mailbox packages, so you don't have to be home to receive your order!

It is not possible to pick up orders on location. 

When your order is delivered to a package point and not picked up, the purchase amount minus €7.95 will be credited as soon as the package is received by us. To cover the costs incurred by us.

Within the Netherlands and Belgium we ship postNL & DHL, usually packages are the after shipment already at home! In busy periods there may be delays, we have no influence on this.
