Order

All ISANOA items are exclusively available at isanoaintimates.nl. You place an order by adding the desired items in the desired size to your shopping cart and then clicking checkout. You can pay with iDEAL, KLARNA, Apple Pay, Sofort & credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) 

After placing the order you will receive a confirmation email & as soon as your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email with the track & trace of your order.

Shipping 

Order Monday to Friday before 16:00 = shipped the same day. If you order after 16:00, your order will be shipped the next working day. 

All lingerie is shipped in mailbox packages, so you don't have to be home to receive your order!

It is not possible to pick up orders on location. 

If your order is delivered to a parcel point and not picked up, the purchase amount minus €7.95 will be credited once the package has been received back by us. To cover the costs we have incurred.

Within the Netherlands and Belgium we ship with postNL & DHL, usually packages arrive the day after shipping! In busy periods there may be delays, which we have no control over.
