1. Definitions
1.1 ISANOA intimates established in Zeewolde
1.2 Customer: The person with whom ISANOA intimates has entered into an agreement.
1.3 Parties: ISANOA intimates and customer together
1.4 Consumer: a customer who is also an individual and who acts as a private person
1.5 You must read these Terms before placing an order. When you order products from ISANOA intimates, you agree to these terms.

2. Applicability of general terms and conditions
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, offers, work, orders, agreements and deliveries of services or products by or on behalf of ISANOA Intimates
2.2 ISANOA intimates is entitled to refuse orders or request additional information. If an order is not accepted, this will be communicated without stating the reason.
2.3 Parties can only deviate from these terms if they have expressly and in writing agreed to do so.

3. Prices and shipping costs
3.1 All prices that ISANOA intimates applies are in euros and exclusive of any other costs such as administration fees, levies and travel, shipping or transport costs, unless expressly stated otherwise or otherwise agreed.
3.2 Invoice exempt from VAT pursuant to article 25 VAT Act
3.3 All prices that ISANOA intimates applies for its products or services, on its website, social media or otherwise made known, ISANOA intimates  may change at any time.
3.4 Increases in the cost prices of products or parts thereof, which ISANOA intimates could foresee at all times when making the offer or concluding the agreement, may lead to price increases.
3.5 The consumer has the right to dissolve an agreement due to a price increase as referred to in paragraph 3, unless the increase is the result of a legal regulation.
3.6 If you decide to cancel your partial order, we will not refund the shipping costs.

4. Payments
4.1 After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation by email stating the total costs, including shipping costs. Payment is always made in full in advance.
4.2 The customer authorizes ISANOA intimates to perform all actions necessary to process payment using the payment method chosen by the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1 Products can be returned within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. ISANOA intimates may ask for a reason but the customer is not obliged to provide one.

5.2 Returns can be refused at any time if they do not comply with the return policy of ISANOA intimates.

5.3 Shipping costs are only refunded when the entire order is returned.

5.4 If you receive a gift with your order because you exceed a certain amount, and by returning items you fall below that minimum order amount or return the entire order, you must also return the gift. If this does not happen, the value of the gift will be deducted from the amount credited.

6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery takes place as long as stock lasts.
6.2 Delivery of online ordered products takes place at the address specified by the customer.

6.3 If your order is delivered to a parcel point and not picked up, the purchase amount minus 7.95 will be credited once the package has been received back by us. To cover the costs we have incurred.

7. Delivery Time
7.1 The delivery time for all products from ISANOA intimates is a maximum of 5 working days (excluding holidays) unless otherwise communicated or the product is ordered on pre-order.
7.2 The delivery times stated by ISANOA intimates are indicative and do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation in case of delay, unless parties have explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
7.3 The delivery time starts at the moment the customer has fully completed the (electronic) ordering process and has received an (electronic) confirmation from ISANOA intimates.
7.4 Exceeding the stated delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation nor the right to dissolve the agreement.

8. Packaging and shipping
8.1 If the packaging of a delivered product is opened or damaged, the customer must have the carrier or delivery person make a note of this before accepting the product, failing which ISANOA intimates cannot be held liable for any damage.
8.2 If the customer arranges transport of a product themselves, they must report any visible damage to products or packaging prior to transport to ISANOA intimates, failing which ISANOA intimates cannot be held liable for any damage.

9. Complaints
9.1 The customer must examine a product delivered or service provided by ISANOA intimates as soon as possible for any shortcomings.
9.2 If a delivered product or service does not meet what the customer could reasonably expect from the agreement, the customer must notify ISANOA intimates as soon as possible, but in any case within 10 days after discovering the shortcomings.
9.3 The customer provides as detailed a description as possible of the shortcoming including photographic evidence, so that ISANOA intimates can respond adequately.
9.4 The customer must prove that the complaint relates to an agreement between the parties.

10. Amendment of the agreement
10.1 If after concluding the agreement it appears necessary to change or supplement its content for its execution, both parties will timely and in mutual consultation adjust the agreement accordingly.

11. Amendment of general terms and conditions
11.1 ISANOA intimates is entitled to amend or supplement these general terms and conditions.
11.2 Changes of minor importance can be implemented at any time.
11.3 ISANOA intimates will discuss major substantive changes with the customer as much as possible.
11.4 The customer is entitled to terminate the agreement in case of a material change to the general terms and conditions.

12. Discounts 

12.1 Discounts are only valid during the sale period and cannot be applied retroactively.

12.2 The €5.00 welcome discount cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts. 

12.3 If you receive a gift with your order because you exceed a certain amount, and by returning items you fall below that minimum order amount or return the entire order, you must also return the gift. If this does not happen, the value of the gift will be deducted from the amount credited.
