Size
How do your measurements work?
ISANOA s sizing system is based on sister sizes - bra sizes that have similar cup contents, but a different circumference size. The cups of our sizes XS through XL are aligned with these sister sizes. The circumference is fully adjustable, so you can adjust the fit perfectly to your body.
What size should I order?
Here you can find our size chart. Still can't decide? Send an email with your bra and clothing size toisanoa for personal sizing advice.
Can I try on the lingerie somewhere?
At this time, our intimates are only available online. It is not possible to visit us to try on the items.
Shipping, exchange & returns
What are the shipping costs?
Above €75.00 shipping to the Netherlands is free. Under €75,00 you pay €4,25 shipping costs
Above €75 shipping to Belgium is free, below €75 you pay €4.95.
For all other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Is the country you want to order from not listed among the shipping options? Then send an email toisanoa or send us a dm!
When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed Monday through Friday 4:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.
Will I receive a track and trace?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your track & trace code.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can exchange or return your order if it is not to your liking.

Exchanging items for another size is free within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Can I change/cancel my order?
It is possible to change/cancel your order after it has been placed. We try to ship your order as soon as possible, so please contact our support atisanoa as soon as possibleisanoa Once your order has been packed, it is no longer possible to make changes or cancel the order.
I received a damaged item, what should I do?
We work hard to ensure that all items sold are of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item, please contact our support atisanoa with your order number and photographic evidence. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse of the item are not considered defective.
