Sizing

How do your sizes work?

The sizing system of ISANOA is based on sister sizes.

A sister size is a bra size where the cup size remains the same, but the band size changes. This means that the cups have the same volume, but the circumference of the bra is different.

For example, a 75B has the same cup volume as a 70C and 80A.

At ISANOA, we have combined these cup volumes with an adjustable circumference so you can perfectly adjust the bra to your size.

Can I try on the lingerie somewhere?

At this moment, all our items are only available online. It is not possible to visit us to try on the articles.

Shipping to the Netherlands is free over €75.00. Under €75.00 you pay €3.95 shipping costs

Shipping to Belgium is free over €75, under €75 you pay €3.95.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 16:00 are shipped the same day. Orders after 16:00 are shipped the next working day.

Do I get a track & trace?

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive your track & trace code via the provided email address.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can exchange or return your order if it is not to your satisfaction.

Exchanging items for another size is free within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Can I modify / cancel my order?

It is sometimes possible to change / cancel your order after it has been placed. We try to ship your order as quickly as possible, so please contact our support as soon as possible via info@isanoa.com. Once your order has been packed, it is no longer possible to make changes or cancel the order.

Wanneer wordt mijn retour verwerkt?

Doorgaans verwerken wij retouren binnen enkele werkdagen na ontvangst. Dit duurt uiterlijk 14 dagen. Zodra jouw retour is verwerkt, ontvang je hiervan automatisch een bevestiging per e-mail.

Kan ik meerdere bestellingen samen retourneren?

Het is geen probleem om twee bestellingen samen te retourneren. Het is wel belangrijk dat beide bestellingen nog binnen de retourtermijn vallen en dat je een briefje bijvoegt waarop de betreffende ordernummers vermeld staan. Wanneer je 1 bestelling aanmeld kan je de andere items in dezelfde verpakking mee sturen. 


Houd er daarnaast rekening mee dat, wanneer het totaal aantal geretourneerde artikelen meer dan 5 stuks bedraagt, er €0,50 per extra item in rekening wordt gebracht. Dit is dezelfde regeling als wanneer je één retourzending met meer dan 5 artikelen aanmeldt.

Kan ik items gratis ruilen voor een ander item?

Wanneer je een item wilt ruilen voor een ander product, kun je dit het beste doen door je huidige items als retour aan te melden en te kiezen voor een terugbetaling in store credit.

Je ontvangt dan van ons een gratis retourlabel waarmee je de items kunt terugsturen. Zodra de retour is verwerkt, ontvang je de store credit, die je vervolgens kunt gebruiken om het gewenste item te bestellen. Mocht je de items op korte termijn nodig hebben met bijvoorbeeld voor bijvoorbeeld ene vakantie adviseren we je om de items zelf te bestellen en de andere items te retourneren. Zo weet je zeker dat je de items op tijd binnen hebt. 

I have received a damaged item, what should I do?

We work hard to ensure that all sold items are of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item, please contact our support via info@isanoa.com with your order number and photographic evidence. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the item are not considered defective.

I did not receive the €5.00 welcome discount

You usually receive the welcome discount within a few minutes in your mailbox. Haven't received it? Send us an email at info@isanoa.com and we will look into it with you.
