Pre-order info

Between 20/11 and 20/12, part of our muse collection (black, red and dark blue) has been available for pre-order. This means that we will ship these items as soon as we have them back in stock

If you order items that are available for pre-order and items that are in stock, your entire order will be shipped as soon as the pre-order items are in stock. If this is a problem please contact our customer service via email so we can look for a solution together!

Delivery

Each pre-order product states when we expect to ship the product. For all muse pre-orders by the end of December. Please note that muse pre-orders will not ship until AFTER Christmas.

Exchanges & returns 

For all pre-orders, we apply our regular exchange/return policy.
